UK SHIPPING

I ship all my parcels using DHL Express. They take 1-2 business days to get to you once they are posted. You will get a tracking number so you can follow your parcel once it is shipped.

Prices are calculated at checkout as they vary by weight. The prices tend to range from £15 to £30.

I do not subsidise shipping costs or bake it into the price of my ceramics so the price that you see at checkout is the price I pay to ship it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, the website is set up for UK only shipping but it doesn't mean you can't buy my work if you live outside of the UK. I am working on expanding the shipping options but as I'm doing everything by myself, it can take a while.

Safely packaged

I carefully pack each tile in layers of cardboard and paper so it won't get damaged in transit. Some parcels also include biodegradable packing peanuts.

We're always on your side: keeping our loyal customers happy is our top priority and number one goal.

Returns

I want you to love your ceramics so if you are not satisfied you can return them. As running a small business is incredibly time intensive I can only offer to refund the cost of the goods but not the cost of shipping.

THE PROCESS:

1. Email me within 14 days of receiving your artwork at hello@anetaelder.com. Quote your order number and the reson for return.

2. I will send you a shipping label.

3. Securly pack your items to prevent damage in transit.

4. Ship the return.

5. Once the return is received your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.

CAVEATS

- Your refund amount will be deducted by the cost of shipping it to you and back to my studio.

- Custom orders are non-refundable

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately at hello@anetaelder.com with your order number and photos of the damage. I will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
